To bring WJA members the realies of the jewellery retail world, WJA India Chapter invited Mr. Colin Shah, Managing Director, Kama Schachter Jewellery for a seminar on “Manufacturing to Retailing: Strategic Move or Growth Requisite?” Mr. Shah ‘s session focused on challenges for seMng up Retail Brands in India. Through the experience of Mr. Shah’s journey of moving from a manufacturing unit to seMng up a retail showroom, WJA members learnt different strategies of product development, product posioning, markeng and merchandising to tackle the shi6ing demand of consumers today.
